Kristof Meynaerts is a partner in the Investment Funds practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the structuring, setting up and operation of funds, be they regulated or unregulated structures. His practice focuses on all types of alternative funds.

Kristof advises domestic and international clients ranging from boutique firms to large financial institutions, guiding them through the regulatory, corporate, contractual and organisational aspects of Luxembourg investment funds, both on the investor and sponsor side. He also has a vast expertise with regards to fund financings.
