Kristin Lentz is co-managing partner of DGS and a partner in the firm's Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions, and public company securities compliance. She often serves as outside corporate counsel to both public and private companies in a broad range of industries, including the manufacturing, industrial services, software and technology, and restaurant/food services industries. She has particular experience in the oil and gas industry.
