Chris Richardson’s corporate and restructuring – creditor’s rights practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and corporate restructurings. In the M&A area, the focus is on the purchase and sale of privately held companies where he works with private equity and closely held buyers and sellers. Many of his transactions involve leveraged buyouts and build-ups of platform or portfolio companies. In addition, he has substantial experience in all matters relating to oil and gas, coal and mineral related transactional and restructuring work, including bankruptcy, receiverships and out of court restructurings.
