Greg Danielson has over 35 years of experience representing oil and gas companies in all aspects of upstream transactional matters. He has extensive experience assisting oil and gas clients in acquisitions and divestitures, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, exchange agreements, exploration, participation, joint venture and farm-out agreements, and other similar agreements. His practice also encompasses midstream matters, including the preparation of joint ventures and purchase and sale agreements, and gathering, processing, transportation, and disposal agreements for gas, crude oil, and water. Mr. Danielson has served as a Chapter 7 Trustee in an oil and gas bankruptcy and advises clients on the acquisition of distressed assets.
