Kristian Bradshaw is a project development and finance attorney with 20+ years of experience, including many years in the Japan and Asia-Pacific market. His practice, spanning both developed and emerging markets globally, focuses on cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure space, with particular emphasis on LNG, hydrogen, renewable energy and digital infrastructure. He advises clients on the development and financing of large-scale, complex, groundbreaking projects and on the acquisition and sale of projects and businesses.
