Kristen L. Gale

Kristen Laughridge Gale is a partner in the environmental law firm of Nijman•Franzetti LLP. She has broad experience in litigation and enforcement-related issues, including private cost recovery, hazardous waste, underground storage tanks, and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act. She counsels clients on compliance issues as well as real estate transactions. Before joining Nijman•Franzetti, Ms. Gale was an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Bureau of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and she began her career as a consultant for a national environmental consulting firm. Ms. Gale graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of California at Berkeley.
