E. Lynn Grayson is a Partner at Nijman Franzetti LLP, a women-owned environmental law firm. She serves as lead environmental counsel in domestic and international transactions and counsels corporate leadership on management of material environmental risks and liabilities. She advises clients on critical environmental litigation, enforcement and regulatory cases, and has significant experience defending NRD claims, performing environmental due diligence (including water scarcity, sustainability and climate change concerns) and managing Superfund, RCRA, state-led and private party cleanups.
