JENNIFER T. NIJMAN is a Partner of Nijman Franzetti LLP, a woman-owned environmental law firm. She has broad experience in litigation and enforcement-related issues, including common-law liability and toxic tort, private cost recovery, hazardous waste, underground storage tanks, and all aspects of the Superfund process. Ms. Nijman represents clients in transactions, regulatory disputes and negotiations with both state and federal agencies, and has implemented supplemental environmental projects to reduce or eliminate fines and penalties. She is a mediator and arbitrator for the AAA. Ms. Nijman received her JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
