Kimberly represents owners and developers of residential and commercial condominiums, office buildings, and multifamily and mixed-use projects in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, dispositions, and financings, , in some of the most aggressive and complicated real estate markets. As clients increasingly seek out innovative and complex vehicles for real estate investments, Kimberly navigates through the various challenges with ease to achieve her clients’ business goals. With more than 20 years of experience, Kimberly advises many of the United States’ most prominent developers, including, GL Homes of Florida, Gumenick Properties, Imperial Companies, Mast Capital, Rockpoint Group, and The Related Group.
