Kimberley Davies

Kimberley is a Partner working in the Family Team, and is a very experienced family law specialist.

Kimberley helps clients with all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution, children law matters (including complex contact disputes and allegations of harm), financial cases (including cases where there are family businesses, substantial pension assets and inherited wealth and overseas assets), pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Kimberley is always keen to explore non-Court routes to resolving any dispute to try and achieve a fair outcome for her clients in the most efficient and dignified way. But, if Court proceedings are necessary, she is known for fighting her client’s case with passion and tenacity.

Kimberley is one of a small numbers of lawyers in the UK qualified to meet couples together under the Resolution together model.

Kimberley qualified in 2009 and became a partner at Trethowans in 2018.
