Kevin W Kirsch

Kevin Kirsch is the former co-leader of BakerHostetler’s Patent Litigation team (2019-2024), former co-leader of the BakerHostetler National EE, MS and CS Litigation Team (2015-2018) and the former co-leader of the BakerHostetler National Intellectual Property Litigation Team (2012-2014). He is currently the Columbus Intellectual Property Leader. Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and having represented companies in more than 200 patent litigation matters venued in more than a dozen states, Kevin is deeply familiar with the environment in which clients operate, making him a strong advocate for their patent litigation needs. Kevin also has extensive experience representing companies in high stakes trade secret cases and other intellectual property matters.
