As part of Walkers' Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, Kevin advises on all aspects of corporate law.
He helps US and UK private equity sponsors, institutional clients, sovereign wealth funds, hedge funds and high-net worth individuals on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets and restructuring mandates.
Kevin has worked on several take-private transactions implemented by a members scheme of arrangement. He was also acted on part of the first take-private in Jersey of a Jersey-listed company using a statutory merger under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.
Kevin is very active in local mergers and acquisitions. He regularly acts as lead counsel to Jersey-based clients on cross-border sales and acquisitions of regulated financial services businesses. He also advises the boards of Jersey-listed companies on corporate governance matters.
Kevin has consistently been recognised by Legal 500, Chambers and Partners and IFLR. and most recently was ranked as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 2023.
