Dilmun is a partner* of Walkers (CI) LP and as part of our Investment Funds & Corporate Practice Group, he advises on funds, corporate and fintech/regulatory matters.
He helps clients establish and restructure investment funds in various asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, collateralised loan obligations, digital assets, and open-ended hedge funds.
His expertise also covers private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets including Jersey companies listing on various exchanges and securitisation transactions.
On regulatory matters, Dilmun advises on all aspects of financial services laws and regulations, including licensing of fund managers and advisers, funds laws, insurance law, anti-money laundering and novel asset classes including digital assets and "tokenisation".
Dilmun is recognised by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and IFLR1000 for the quality of his advice in respect of investment funds, corporate and fintech matters.

Dilmun is an elected committee member of the Jersey Funds Association, and a member of the marketing sub-committee.
