Adam specialises in trust disputes and contentious and semi-contentious insolvency matters.
He has wide commercial litigation experience and maintains a keen interest in insurance disputes and regulatory enforcement cases. He is part of Walkers' Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and appears before the Royal Court and Court of Appeal in complex, high value, cross-border claims.
Adam has been with Walkers since 2020, and his clients include fiduciaries, beneficiaries, insurers, policyholders, intermediaries and professional service providers.
He is a member of the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) and was awarded a distinction for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ (STEP) Advanced Certificate in International Trusts Disputes.
Previously Adam was a Partner at another offshore law firm in Guernsey. Before that he trained and worked in the insurance and reinsurance litigation department of CMS Cameron McKenna in London. He also spent time on secondment at a major global insurance underwriter.
Adam has been practising since 2008, and has worked in Guernsey since 2009. He was called as an Advocate of the Royal Court in 2014.
