Sarah Brehaut

Sarah is a partner in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group and is based in the Guernsey office. She has significant experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution including an emphasis on insolvency, trust and fund litigation. She has considerable experience of appearing in the Magistrate’s Court, Royal Court and Court of Appeal. Sarah was recognised in the 2017 Chambers Global & Europe Guide - (Dispute Resolution) as a Notable Practitioner. She was elected the Batonnier of the Guernsey Bar from 2018-2020 and currently sits on the Civil Procedures Review Committee.
