Kevin M Schmidt

Kevin Schmidt is a corporate partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and is Co-Chair of the firm's Private Equity Group. He has worked extensively on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments, including cross-border transactions for both private equity and corporate clients.

Mr. Schmidt joined Debevoise in 1994 and became a partner in 2002. He received his J.D. with high honors from Rutgers School of Law in 1994, where he was Order of the Coif, and his B.A. summa cum laude from Jersey City State College in 1989.
