Ted Hassi

Ted Hassi is a litigation partner and member of the Antitrust Group. Named as Antitrust Litigator of the Year in the Benchmark Litigation U.S. Awards 2019 and recommended by The Legal 500 rankings (2022) for antitrust, his practice focuses on antitrust litigation and obtaining merger clearances in transactions reviewed by the U.S. antitrust agencies.

Mr. Hassi is a former FTC Chief Trial Counsel who from 2011–2014 led the agency’s work on matters that were or were likely to be tried, including high-profile challenges to several mergers and cases involving other anticompetitive practices.
