Kenneth Raisler is the head of Sullivan & Cromwell’s Commodities, Futures and Derivatives Group. He advises brokerage, investment banking, banking and commercial clients on a full range of regulatory, transactional and litigation advice in the commodities, securities and banking areas. Prior to joining S&C, Mr. Raisler was an assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia from 1977 to 1982 in the Criminal and Civil Divisions. He then joined the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and was the general counsel of the Commission from 1983 to 1987.
