Kellen Patterson

Kellen Patterson is a commercial litigator whose practice centers on complex commercial construction disputes. She handles the full range of dispute resolution and litigation proceedings with a focus on achieving pragmatic, effective solutions to clients' construction-related problems.

Kellen has wide ranging experience handling all aspects of complex construction matters, including pre-suit claims and dispute resolution as well as litigation. Her litigation experience covers large-scale eDiscovery, mediation, motions practice, and appeals. She is well versed in both arbitration and court proceedings.

Kellen also has a strong background in advising and representing public entities, having represented numerous Washington state municipalities and school districts, including in both land use and administrative proceedings.
