Career

Keiji Hatano is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Tokyo office. Mr. Hatano has spent several years in the Firm’s New York office and has been a partner since 2011. His practice focuses on capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions. In addition, he is the only Financial Institutions Group partner in the Asia-Pacific region with extensive experience in providing U.S. regulatory advice.
