Career

K. C. Hightower has extensive jury trial experience and he devotes his civil practice to complex commercial litigation and arbitration, real property litigation including eminent domain, and the representation of governmental entities. K.C. has deep experience in the area of criminal defense. In addition to handling white collar criminal defense matters for his clients, he regularly assists businesses with internal investigations and navigating governmental investigations. K.C. has also spent significant time representing his clients before the Supreme Court of Mississippi, the Court of Appeals of the State of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. K.C. is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association.
