Broadband ISPs, wireless providers, and cable operators rely on K.C. Halm for experienced counsel on a wide range of broadband policy and competition matters involving wireless licensing and spectrum acquisition, privacy and special access (business data services) regulations, and state attorney general and PSC investigations. K.C. also advises the firm's emerging technology clients on issues arising in the use of AI and machine learning applications under existing and emerging legal frameworks. Clients operating in the industrial IoT sectors rely upon K.C. for strategic and transactional counsel in acquiring spectrum licenses and leases to support such applications. In addition, K.C. litigates network access, interconnection, and competition issues for clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
