Managing Partner of Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz i Wspólnicy sp.k. law firm ("DJM"). Associated with DJM since 2011. He manages work of the banking and restructuring team. He holds a licence of an attorney-at-law (adwokat) in New York, LLM Northwestern University. He was involved in legislative works related to the Restructuring Law, inter alia, as an expert in a Sejm committee. In connection with the legislative process related to the Restructuring Law he advised to the Polish Bank Association.He specialises in legal services to financial institutions, and especially in restructuring projects. He provided advice in connection with several dozens of restructuring and bankruptcy processes.

He is fluent in English, and also has a command of Russian and German.
