He has unique and the largest experience on the Polish market in the field of investment fund law. He has advised financial market organizations and institutions, including the Economic Chamber of Pension Societies, the Polish Insurance Chamber and the Association of Investment Fund Societies in Poland, in particular on legislative projects relating to the financial market, such as the Law on Insurance Activity and the Law on Investment Funds.

He also has a very extensive practice in M&A and restructuring transactions - over the past 10 years Jarosław Dubiński has conducted dozens of M&A and restructuring transactions.
