The Banking and Restructuring Team of Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz i Wspólnicy sp.k. (“DJM”) has many years of experience in working for Polish and foreign banks, investment banks and other financial institutions, as well as their clients. The work of the Team is headed by Kazimierz Jeleński, managing partner of the DJM.

DJM has one of the most recognized restructuring practices in Poland, which has enabled us to participate in dozens of restructuring processes in recent times, including most of the major restructurings that have taken place in the Polish market (including Z.M. Henryk Kania, GetBackS.A., Polimex Mostostal, PBG, PESA, Celsa, Hawe Group, Empik Media & Fashion, HW Pietrzak and Redan).

Kazimierz Jeleński served as an expert to the parliamentary committee in connection with work on the Restructuring Law, and advised the Polish Bank Association in connection with its analysis and evaluation of the draft law.
