She represents clients in the financial services industry, including lenders, REITs, trustees, real estate developers, mortgage servicers, debt collectors, and debt settlement negotiators, in disputes involving state breach of contract, wrongful foreclosure, lender liability, and consumer protection law, as well as federal laws such as TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, and FDCPA. Kaytie works hand-in-hand with the firm’s bankruptcy lawyers to represent financial services clients in bankruptcy adversary proceedings and has successfully compelled arbitration in such cases.
