Alexandra is a Senior Associate in Boodle Hatfield's leading Family team. She advises clients in relation to divorce and the resolution of financial issues, specifically cases involving substantial sums with complex asset structures. Alexandra is expert at drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements for spouses as well as cohabitation agreements for unmarried partners. She also advises parents in relation to the care of, and financial provision for, their children following separation. Alexandra also acts for parents who are seeking to move with their children to another part of the country or to another jurisdiction. She regularly represents clients before the High Court.
