Emily Brand

Emily Brand is a Partner and Head of Department in Boodle Hatfield's leading Family team. Emily is known for her creative and discreet approach acting in high profile cases often involving extensive wealth or complex issues concerning children including international relocation.

She frequently advises on cases involving family businesses or private equity. She has worked on a number of ground-breaking cases including Radmacher v Granatino (concerning a German prenuptial contract), Prest v Petrodel (piercing the corporate veil) and Young v Young (involving complex financial structures, asset tracing, non-disclosure and enforcement).

She also has particular expertise and interest in advising on disputes concerning children on the autism spectrum.
