Kathy is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Department and leads the insurance disputes team. She works for insurance companies, self-insured organisations, brokers and adjusters.

She specialises in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and loss, occupational disease and professional liability.

She regularly advises clients on policy coverage issues and in recent years has been involved in some of the largest cases going through the Northern Ireland courts.
