Paul works on a wide range of corporate law matters including sales and acquisitions of companies, corporate restructurings, investments and shareholders’ agreements and the provision of general corporate law advice to company shareholders and directors. Paul has a particular focus on private equity and venture capital investments and regularly acts for investors (both institutional and private) and investee companies.
