Alistair qualified in 2003 and joined Tughans in 2004, becoming a partner in 2012. He is recognised by the Law Society of Northern Ireland as an Advanced Advocate and is dual-qualified to practise in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He also frequently delivers lectures and training on healthcare litigation and regulatory law.
