Kathleen O'Callaghan Hickey

Represents lenders in loan originations. Practice encompasses secured transactions, loan workouts, and counseling on lender liability and loan structure issues. Particular expertise in middle market lending, letters of credit, standby bond purchases, direct bank purchases of tax-exempt bonds, and other liquidity facilities to health care and educational institutions and not-for-profit entities. Extensive experience in private lending, real estate financing, multi-rate, multi-currency loans and facilities, and agented and syndicated loan facilities. Has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Michigan by Michigan Super Lawyers.
