Particular expertise in middle market lending, letters of credit, standby bond purchases, direct bank purchases of tax-exempt bonds, and other liquidity facilities to health care and educational institutions and not-for-profit entities. Extensive experience in private lending, real estate financing, multi-rate, multi-currency loans and facilities, and agented and syndicated loan facilities. Has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Michigan by Michigan Super Lawyers.
