Has been involved in numerous loan workouts, industry syndicated loans, and loans secured by foreign collateral, both inside and outside of bankruptcy. Has worked with banks to develop standard commercial loan documentation and lending procedures manuals. Also represents foundations, community development corporations, and other charitable organizations in public/private partnerships and urban revitalization projects.
