Kate MacLeman

Kate MacLeman is a partner in the firm's Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on government and internal investigations and complex civil litigation, including general commercial litigation, post-closing disputes, and trade secret and employee mobility matters. Her clients include individuals, public and private companies, and financial institutions. Kate has experience in all phases and types of litigation, including class actions, arbitrations, trials, and federal and state court appeals.
