Katalin Szecskay heads the banking and finance practice at Szecskay Attorneys at Law. She specializes in international banking and finance matters and primarily handles various types of lending activities, including project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance.

She has significant experience in cross-border financing and refinancing transactions. She works for a number of leading companies as borrowers, as well as banks and other financial institutions as lenders and is proud of having built up very good, long-term relationships with her clients. Having been seconded to one of the Hungarian banks for a short period, she has an in-depth knowledge of the lending activities and procedures of banks and can, therefore, in addition to legal advice, provide valuable practical tips to her clients too.
