Our team regularly advises major domestic and international banks and other financial or investment service providers and commercial corporations on Hungarian financial and investment service regulations (including the conditions for providing cross-border financial and investment services which are not subject to licensing in Hungary). The firm's experience covers assistance in the establishment and operation permits of banks and other financial and investment service providers together with the announcement and licensing of changes in their management or ownership structure.
Banking & finance litigation
We regularly act for clients in banking and finance litigation matters. Our practice covers all types of disputes in the banking industry, financial markets, funds and regulatory fields.
Most recently the firm has begun to support clients in fund recovery processes resulting from Business Email Compromise cyberattacks.
