Karen Ku is a strategic legal advisor with extensive experience providing corporate legal counsel in both law firm and in-house environments. She has represented both public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity investments, spin-offs and carve-out transactions, and corporate reorganizations, as well as on day-to-day general corporate matters and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Karen served as in-house corporate counsel for a Big 4 accounting and advisory firm and a publicly traded global, diversified industrial manufacturer and as a corporate associate in the New York office of a multinational law firm.
