A battle-hardened trial lawyer, Tina draws on her extensive experience in antitrust, intellectual property, and consumer-protection matters to help technology companies navigate and win their most critical and complex disputes. She has tried cases and handled appeals before courts and agencies across the country, including in some of the most significant antitrust and IP trials of the past decade.

Tina maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals, organizations, and classes in civil rights, women’s health, and environmental impact litigation.
