She has appeared before courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and as lead counsel at arbitration, trial, and various court proceedings related to breach of project agreement claims, claims under various CCDC contract types, construction deficiencies claims, construction lien claims, procurement claims, and challenges to municipal by-laws. As a trusted adviser for major enterprises, Julie is practical and business-oriented, and often retained to advise on risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.
Julie represents clients in both the public and private sectors, including AFP authorities, Crown agencies, municipalities, educational and healthcare entities, owners in land development, energy and other industries, and major contractors.
