Graduate from Universidad de los Andes School of Law. Received a Business Law Graduate Program Degree from the same University. Holds an LL.M. in American Law from Boston University School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property.

As director of the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology practice, he has focused his work on matters relating to telecommunications, intellectual property, privacy, e-commerce, and data security. He has also earned experience in these fields by providing advice to local and foreign clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts; compliance of sectoral rules related with the entertainment and technology industries; representation of clients in administrative and judicial proceedings, and the design, deployment and execution of strategies to achieve company goals in public policy.
