Sebastián Lora

Sebastián has extensive experience advising local and international lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on various transactions, such as corporate, project and acquisition financing, both syndicated and otherwise, with multilateral entities and export credit agencies and through the capital markets, including the issuance of bonds and shares in the local and international markets subject to Rule 144A/RegS.

He has recently participated in major project financings in the country.

Before joining the firm, he worked for several years at one of Colombia's leading law firms and was an associate at a prestigious firm in New York.
