"Juan David focuses his practice on a business approach, which is difficult to find elsewhere in the market. As an MBA © from the University of Oxford and US- Colombian educated lawyer practicing law in Colombia, he brings multinational clients unique legal advise on how to conduct business in Colombia and Latam in general.

He is an International Tax Lawyer with vast experience in advising multinational private and public companies and venture capital firms. He also has experience across a wide variety of industry sectors, for private clients on domestic and cross border tax structuring matters.

As former president of the international Fiscal association ( IFA) Colombian Branch, active member of the International Bar (IBA) and the Colombian Institute ( ICDT), Juan David is frequently invited to discuss on innovative cross-border tax matters internationally.

He is a Professor of the practice of tax law at Universidad de Los Andes and Universidad EAFIT. Interested in the interplay of innovation, technology, business models and public policy.

As a member or the scientific committee of the Colombian Tax Institute ( ICDT) Juan David is contributing actively to open the Miami initiative, for the ICDT to have presence in the south Florida Legal and Tax community."
