"Gabriel Gomez-Giglio is partner at Baker McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office, Chair of the Latin America Banking & Finance Practice of Baker McKenzie and a member of the Global Steering Committee of the Firm’s Financial Institutions Industry Group. He advises clients on a variety of general commercial issues. His practice focuses on the areas of transactional and regulatory matters, including but not limited to multinational financial transactions, commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions.

Gabriel advises multinational companies and financial institutions on banking, finance, M&A and cross border transactions. His practice also includes general commercial advice on transactions and agreements, as well as e-commerce law advisory. In addition, as digital transformation is causing an unprecedented shift in financial services, Gabriel has focused on the Fintech sector, advising major corporate clients on payments law matters, including digital wallets and e-commerce, and also acts for Fintech businesses on regulatory and transactional matters."
