"Martín Roth is a transactional partner in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate practice groups in the Firm's Buenos Aires office. With 16 years of transactional domestic and international experience, he advises on day-to-day operations to local and international clients. He is the author of client alerts and articles published in top industry media, and has participated in several webinars and seminars (as speaker and as attendee) organized by Baker McKenzie, the local DPA, and the LatAm Privacy Association, among other organizations.

TMT - IT/C: Martín advises tech key players on e-commerce, IT and privacy-related matters, such as telecommunications, fair trade and consumer protection, privacy and data protection, privacy compliance, privacy in internal investigations and at the workplace, software licensing, IT agreements, IT compliance, cyber security and cloud services.

M&A: Martín regularly works in due diligence, drafting and negotiation of pre-acquisition, acquisition and post-acquisition agreements, ancillary corporate and commercial documents and post-closing activities. He also advises on entity formation, joint ventures and strategic alliances, in addition to providing legal advice on spin-offs and global and local corporate reorganizations.

Real Estate: Martín advises on a wide variety of legal matters relating to construction, development and real estate transactions, focusing on property acquisitions and real estate investments and developments, as well as on residential and commercial leases in relation to national and international real property portfolios.
