We are providing advice to Ergon Perú, a subsidiary of Tozzi Renewable Energy, in connection with the installation and maintenance of autonomous photovoltaic panels in areas not reached by the interconnected electricity network of Peru.
This is the first syndicated 10-year loan obtained by LAMSAC after been acquired by the French company Vinci Highways S.A.S ("Vinci Highways"). This loan was obtained in order to finance the completion of construction works of the "Via Expresa Linea Amarilla" .
We have acted as Peruvian counsel to Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent and The Bank of Nova Scotia, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and other Lenders.
