Joycelyn Lin

Joycelyn is a Director at PRP Law LLC. Her core area of practice is in commercial litigation across a broad spectrum of matters including contractual disputes, claims involving breach of directors’ duties, shareholder disputes and claims by liquidators in insolvency-related Court proceedings. She also advises on regulatory and risk management issues and contentious investigations.

Joycelyn has appeared in the High Court, Appellate Division and Court of Appeal in Singapore. She has acted as lead counsel in international arbitrations in Singapore, and has been involved in major insolvency matters in Singapore and arguing important and novel points of law.
