Career
Larry Shea works primarily in the energy industry representing oil and gas producers and pipeline companies. He has handled numerous matters involving legacy litigation, environmental issues, oil and gas leasing rights, and operations. He commonly represents defendants, including the defense of clients in class actions and mass joinder litigation.
Larry has been actively involved in the betterment and advancement of the legal profession. He served as President of the Louisiana State Bar Association (2014-2015). Before that Larry served as Chair of the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board and has spoken on ethics at hundreds of seminars during his career. Larry has been recognized as Chambers USA since 2013 as a Leader in the Field for Energy & Natural Resources: Oil & Gas.
