The firm’s attorneys have experience in the defense of personal injury and property damage claims, medical malpractice claims against physicians, hospitals and their insurers, chemical and product exposure issues facing manufacturers and health care providers, and other healthcare litigation issues faced by hospitals, insurers, and businesses.
