Joseph H Varner III

Joseph H. Varner, III, is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.  He is experienced in complex commercial litigation, business torts and unfair competition, securities litigation, and professional negligence, and he has litigated and tried complex cases ranging from corporate shareholder disputes to intellectual property battles to wrongful death. He has obtained significant verdicts and settlements in business and personal injury litigation, and has conducted numerous jury trials in state and federal court. Mr. Varner is also a certified mediator in state and federal court.
