Joe focuses his practice on commercial real estate law, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of real property. He represents real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional lenders, commercial developers, real estate advisers, investors, and real property owners in commercial real estate transactions across major U.S. markets. Joe has led negotiations on transactions involving all major property types, including office buildings, industrial facilities, retail centers, and multifamily projects.
